Meet Jacquelyn S. Lutz

There are many family law attorneys to choose from, but not all of them combine a calm, considerate advocacy with an assertive, successful track record in the courtroom and at the mediation table. Novelli Lutz has this combination.

Jacquelyn S. Lutz, Esq.

She has been awarded Top Women Lawyer 2023, is the recipient of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award 2022 and recognized by Super Lawyers.

Jacquelyn is dedicated to counseling her clients through the deeply personal - and often complex - issues involved in family practice. As the daughter of divorced parents, she has personal experience with the struggles that exist when co-parenting and blending families. She is solution-focused rather than problem-oriented and works closely with her clients to develop creative resolutions that fit their unique family situation. Outside the Courtroom, Jacquelyn is a passionate advocate for breastfeeding education and has been presenting Continuing Legal Education seminars aimed at the family law bar and judicial bench since 2018. Jacquelyn also provides custody and parenting time evaluations.
